Black Bear Lodge is over 3,800 square feet of lodge-style luxury set on nearly two secluded acres which are a short walking distance from the the Glaze Meadow Recreation complex at Black Butte Ranch in Central Oregon. Great room with soaring fireplace, dining room, breakfast nook, chef's kitchen; den and reading loft; wraparound deck, spa; king suite, 2 queen suites, plus bunk room suite that sleeps 6.
Staying at our home, you will enjoy the beauty, comfort and relaxation of our home, and the amazing natural beauty, tranquility and many recreational offerings of Black Butte Ranch. All within one-of-a-kind Central Oregon -- and all just 90 minutes from the Willamette Valley and 40 minutes from Bend.

Summary: We've stayed in a lot of Vrbo houses, but this location truly felt like a "home". This is a gorgeous property, incredibly well equipped and it was beautifully decorated for the season. It is well located, just a short walk to the Glaze Meadow Pool and Recreation center. Definitely your best choice at Black Butte Ranch.

Summary: Black Bear Lodge was an excellent choice for our group of 8, each requiring their own bed. Three bedrooms and a bunk room with 6 twins and a shared bathroom provided all the room we needed. The living area was spacious, with plenty of LR seating for our group to watch TV around the wood-burning fireplace. Kitchen was spacious and well-stocked. The outdoor hot tub offered a great view of the surrounding property and the daily visits by 10-12 deer, including 5 bucks. The owner was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely be interested in a return stay with 2 or 3 other couples.
